My company offers tailor made workshops, retreats, series and private sessions to facilitate groups and individuals in touching their inner power and peace and living from that place in their daily life (understand and develop personal life skills aiding in better health, peace and balance and stress management.)
*Created over 300 workshops and retreats to date with over 10,000 participants.
*Developed and taught ‘Connecting to your Essence’ a five week course running 3 years at Garden of the Heart Yoga Center and offered in two other locations. This course was a combination of meditation techniques and interactive lecture offering psycho-spiritual development skills.
*Produced and led meditation Classes introducing 8 different meditation techniques and my unique 3 point process to help attendees build confidence in their own practice. These classes have been attended by over 300 students to date
*Offered individual sessions in above stated techniques, honing the particular goals on an individual level

Pastoral Associate, Our Lady of Mount Carmel, Sarasota, Florida, 2004-2007
A new church community in the Venice, Florida Diocese with over 800 families
*Created and developed a family growth program for over 200 participants, ages 5 through adult
*Trained team of 12 volunteers each year to teach various age groups, also providing resources and retreat days for their development
*Taught the parents in weekly sessions for spiritual growth, theology, social justice, and sacrament.
*Created program for new interested candidates (RCIA,) including the weekly catechetical instruction, spiritual development and rituals of initiation.
*Trained the volunteer team leaders for RCIA through monthly half day retreats for spiritual growth and classes on the topics they would lead in group

Leadership and Entrepreneurial Experience__________________________________________

Founder and Director of Celebrating Wellness Fest, Sarasota, Florida,  2008-present
This county-wide festival draws together over 200 small businesses and non-profits devoted to health and wellness to create an interactive, diverse, educational experience for thousands of attendees
*Created the vision and secured the funding and represenatation of 17 sponsors, 15 key note speakers, musicians, and over 100 exhibitors
*Formed, trained, and worked collaboratively with 18 committee members developing the flow of the festival, the marketing, the administrative flow, the registration, website, set-up and management for the day’s events.
*Secured over 70 volunteers, creating job descriptions, shifts and instructions for each position
*Developed the logo, graphics and marketing materials.  Negotiated all the media sponsors.
*Obtained information from every business to create a vibrant website, and social media presence as a resource for the community
*Powerhoused an outreach into the community by exhibiting at festivals, in front of highly trafficked areas, distributing over 20,000 pieces of advertising, participated in 8 radio interviews and one tv interview.

General Contractor and principle fundraiser for our Lady of Grace Monastery, Christoval, Texas 1997-2001
This 9 million dollar undertaking, as a member of the monastic community, was a project supported almost entirely by the hard work and charity of the local and extended community.
*Inspired the donation of work, supplies and craftsmanship and design of over 200 subcontractors, engineers, suppliers and small businesses
*Managed the day to day details of project construction
*Collaborated with architects to bring the inception of design into physical buildings
*Coordinated all the disciplines to create an on site three stage production for this 17,000 square foot structure
*Researched Mexican fortress architecture and symbolism for our design. Also created the shop drawings for implementation
