We are extremely excited to bring this festival to you! It will be a day filled with love and inspiration, a day we can celebrate and explore the many and diverse opportunities for healing and wellness in our own community. We will have group practice tents where you can try out things like tai chi, yoga, trance dance, pilates, body rolling and sound therapies, just to name a few. Ambling alongside the riverbank, under the oaks, We will also have a 'Body Spirit Alley' to offer you one on one renewal through thai yoga massage, chair massage, reflexology, blood pressure and other body readings just to name a few. Music and dance will abound to get your feet tapping and your

heart singing with a wide variety of styles situated at the gazebo...and even roaming minstrels to accompany you as you enjoy our many booths of centers and practitioners. A cornucopia of healthy food options will present themselves to you, we also hope you might even bring a picnic lunch in re-usable containers for our 'earth-loving picnic space.
All day long, we will host presenters from this area, experts in their field, sharing research on health topics too!
And after a fun day in the sun, with your blankets and chairs spread on the grass and frisbees flying overheard, while hula hoops whirl around willing waist, we will launch the end of the evening party at 6:00pm.
All the booths will close, the presentations will conclude and the music and dance will take over the park. We will even have a sunset extravaganza to unite us all in our commitment to conscious, healthy, peace-filled living.
It is my joy to invite you to be a part of our festival. On the following pages you will find many ways to be involved, who to contact and can even meet those already planning to share their gifts.
My committee will be meditating every month up until the festival, holding the vision and the space for all of us. My hope, and I safely speak for my committee, is that our celebration will inspire us, unite us, and give us the opportunity to explore even more of what our community has to offer us.
