SOLUTION: Meditation is one of the most effective and direct methods to connect with self, in addition it is a skill that once developed creates a way of being that is ever expanding AND doesn’t continue to cost a lot of money to maintain.

WHAT: Learn & practice 5 meditation techniques.
HOW: Each day will start with an introduction to the meditation technique, followed by a 10-minute meditation and then time for discussion and questions.
